Job Summary

As a Remote Walmart Reseller Customer Service Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Walmart customers via chat and email. You'll assist with orders, refunds, and returns, address inquiries about product availability, shipping, and delivery times, troubleshoot technical issues on the website, educate customers about products and promotions, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and continuously enhance your customer service skills and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to Walmart customers via chat and email, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter.

  • Assist with orders, refunds, and returns, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Address inquiries about product availability, shipping, and delivery times, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on the website, working with customers to resolve any technical problems they may be experiencing.
  • Educate customers about products and promotions, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, checking in with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using this information to improve customer service and product knowledge.
  • Continuously enhance customer service skills and product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest products and promotions.

Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of e-commerce principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience using chat and email software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting customer needs and resolving issues quickly.
