Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 100% remote basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for placing calls to provider offices to obtain missing medical documentation, which will be entered into our company database. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading healthcare organization, develop your skills, and enjoy a flexible remote work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Performing outbound telephone calls and/or other means of contact

with provider offices to retrieve medical records via fax, mail, remote electronic medical record access, or by scheduling a visit at the provider location.

Effectively communicating

with team members and external providers to ensure adherence to challenging project timelines.

Completing additional tasks

as required to support our division, including data entry and other administrative duties.

Providing exceptional customer service

to healthcare providers and patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Maintaining accurate records

of all interactions, including phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

High school diploma

or equivalent.

1+ years of call center experience

within the healthcare/medical field, although we'll consider candidates with transferable skills and experience.

Strong ability to handle fast-paced training programs

and adapt to changing priorities.

Ability to type 40 WPM

with high accuracy.

Medical terminology

is a plus, but not required.

Your own work equipment

, including a PC/Laptop, mouse, and headset, to work 100% remotely.

Computer savvy

, with experience using Google Chrome and navigating multiple tabs.
