As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to delivering white-glove service to customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand. You'll use your fashion sense and appreciation for exceptional service to help these exclusive customers shop, resolve questions about their orders, and resolve issues with the utmost care and attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing

* Answering incoming communications from customers with a smile (even if you're not in the same room!)

  • Conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Making recommendations of products or services to close sales and exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborating with your team to ensure seamless customer experiences

What You Bring to the Role

* A passion for high fashion brands and haute couture (because who doesn't love a good designer label?)

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (we know you've got the skills to shine!)
  • A post-secondary education or 2 years of equivalent work experience (we value your education and experience!)
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues (you're a problem-solver, we know it!)
  • Computer experience (we're all about technology, but we also know how to use it!)
  • High-speed internet (> 15 mbps – we need you to be connected!)
  • A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative – we're flexible!)
  • A smartphone or tablet that runs iOS or Android (for easy access to our systems)
