Job Summary
As an Experienced Program Manager / Customer Success Professional, you will play a critical role in helping our licensed vocational school grow and thrive. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing email communications with government agencies and students who have already been qualified through our sales funnel
- Writing and submitting government applications and documents
- Helping to manage the school and enrollments, including occasional odd jobs and special projects
- Collaborating with our team to bring awareness to our school and programs through government agencies and local workforce boards
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our students and government partners
- Staying up-to-date on government regulations and requirements to ensure compliance and success
Key Responsibilities
* Manage email communications with government agencies and students who have already been qualified through our sales funnel
- Write and submit government applications and documents, including:
+ Preparing and submitting applications for government funding and grants + Developing and implementing government-approved marketing and outreach plans + Collaborating with government agencies to ensure compliance and success
- Help manage the school and enrollments, including:
+ Coordinating with our team to ensure smooth enrollment processes + Providing exceptional customer service and support to our students and government partners + Staying up-to-date on government regulations and requirements to ensure compliance and success
- Collaborate with our team to bring awareness to our school and programs through government agencies and local workforce boards, including:
+ Developing and implementing marketing and outreach plans + Coordinating with government agencies to ensure compliance and success + Providing exceptional customer service and support to our students and government partners
- Occasional odd jobs and special projects, including:
+ Assisting with data entry and record-keeping + Coordinating with our team to ensure smooth operations + Providing exceptional customer service and support to our students and government partners
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in program management, customer success, or a related field
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Slides, and spreadsheets, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Experience working with government agencies and local workforce boards, with a strong understanding of government regulations and requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and success
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media management
- Blog writing experience, with a strong portfolio of published work
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
