Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and identify opportunities for growth and development
- Foster a culture that prioritizes delivering exceptional customer experiences, aligning with arenaflex's mission and values
- Develop a positive team culture by addressing individual and well-being issues promptly
- Implement adherence to arenaflex policies and procedures among all team members
- Recognize and support high-potential talent and provide regular feedback to improve individual and team performance
- Maintain office and display area standards in line with the brand, ensuring team members comply with arenaflex's dress code and training policies
- Practice cost-awareness to control store costs, consistently seeking ways to reduce expenses
What You'll Bring
* Four-year degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated entrepreneur with exceptional leadership and training skills
- Dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales activities
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships as a well-respected and trusted partner
- Excellent time management and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment
- Valid driver's license required
