What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll be responsible for providing them with exceptional support and service.
  • Professionally responding to customer inquiries: You'll be the voice of arenaflex, and you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management: You'll be responsible for identifying and escalating priority issues, and you'll work closely with our management team to resolve them.
  • Following up on complicated customer interactions where required: You'll be responsible for following up with customers to ensure that their issues are resolved, and you'll work closely with our team to provide them with the support they need.
  • Recording details of customer interactions (proficiently and accurately): You'll be responsible for recording details of customer interactions, and you'll ensure that they're accurate and complete.
  • Develop rapport with customers, with an upbeat and positive attitude: You'll be the face of arenaflex, and you'll be responsible for developing rapport with our customers and providing them with an exceptional experience.
  • Offer solutions- not excuses: You'll be responsible for providing our customers with solutions, not excuses, and you'll work closely with our team to resolve their issues.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for confident, self-starters who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you have:

  • Excellent customer service attitude: You'll be the face of arenaflex, and you'll be responsible for providing our customers with an exceptional experience.
  • Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional: You'll be responsible for developing rapport with our customers, and you'll work closely with our team to provide them with an exceptional experience.
  • Friendly, confident, and a self-starter: You'll be the voice of arenaflex, and you'll be responsible for providing our customers with exceptional support and service.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator: You'll be responsible for communicating with our customers, and you'll ensure that your communication is clear, concise, and professional.
  • Positive and quick troubleshooter: You'll be responsible for identifying and resolving customer issues, and you'll work closely with our team to provide our customers with an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who have:

  • 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred): You'll have a solid understanding of customer service principles and practices, and you'll be able to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1 year of call center (preferred): You'll have experience working in a call center environment, and you'll be able to apply your knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of computers e.g navigation, 30+ words per minute, copy/paste, open tabs (required): You'll be comfortable using computers and software applications, and you'll be able to navigate them with ease.
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required): You'll be responsible for communicating with our customers, and you'll ensure that your communication is clear, concise, and professional.
  • Live in one of the following states: Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah: You'll be required to live in one of these states, and you'll be able to work from home in a quiet and distraction-free environment.
