Job Summary
We're seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inquiries, and assisting with various tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a customer service representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, and your role will be critical in building strong relationships with our customers and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Conducting outbound calling to follow up on customer requests and provide assistance
- Processing customer orders and handling cash transactions accurately
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues effectively
- Utilizing computer systems to manage customer accounts and data entry tasks
- Providing support for sales initiatives by promoting products and services as needed
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Familiarity with computerized systems and office equipment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple tasks
- Experience with cash handling is a plus
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish) will have an advantage in this role
