As a Customer Experience Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Creating a positive internal and external customer experience by promoting a culture of honesty and integrity, maintaining confidentiality, and leading by example
- Training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles, including personalizing the customer experience and promoting loyalty programs
- Assigning registers, supporting and responding to POS coverage needs, and coordinating breaks for all Associates
- Addressing customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Ensuring Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan, prioritizing as needed
- Communicating accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities, providing progress updates
- Providing and accepting recognition and constructive feedback
- Partnering with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
- Ensuring adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
- Promoting credit and loyalty programs
- Supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs
- Promoting safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful as a Customer Experience Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll need:- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- A strong understanding of merchandising techniques
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- The ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Team player skills, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- The ability to train others
- 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:- Experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success
- Knowledge of loyalty programs and credit card promotions
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
