Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Associate, your daily tasks will include:
- Handling phone calls, emails, and chats with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service
- Documenting delivery information into our tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborating with regional facilities to create a positive customer experience and resolve issues efficiently
- Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts to enhance business processes and drive growth
- Working closely with delivery drivers to ensure smooth package delivery and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
To succeed as a Customer Care Associate, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen attentively to customers and resolve issues effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
- Ability to multitask on a computer while on phone calls, using multiple applications and software
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment check
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with tracking systems and data entry software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with logistics and delivery operations
