HLTA – KS1

The role You’ll be supporting pupils across KS1 , working one-to-one, in small groups and, where required, leading whole-class learning during PPA time or in the teacher’s absence. You’ll help plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons, support early reading, writing and number skills, and adapt learning to meet individual needs, particularly for pupils who benefit from routine, reassurance and hands-on learning. You’ll be joining schools with inclusive, positive cultures where teamwork, trust and staff wellbeing are genuinely valued.
