Job Summary
As a part-time live chat support specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live chat on the Walmart platform. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll work independently to resolve customer issues and provide a fun, happy, and exciting environment for our customers.
Responsibilities

- Maintain a reliable internet connection and have access to a device that can access social media and website chat functions
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Reliable internet connection and access to a device that can access social media and website chat functions
- Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
