Your Role

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you will be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to complex problems. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, and to continuously improve our processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Answer customer questions and provide solutions to complex problems
• Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
• Continuously improve our processes and procedures to ensure excellent customer service
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent certification

• At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable private internet connection (not supplied by cellular data or hotspot)
• A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of Financial Services experience or Banking experience

• Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools

Schedule

* Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST

• Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST (Limited Availability)
• Schedules are adjusted per time zone

Compensation

* The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount arenaflex is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

• Work From Home: $43,680 - $43,680 for Fascinator, Coordinator

Work from Home Location Requirements

* This role is 100% work from home. We are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required arenaflex Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories.

• Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e. Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California.
