What you'll do:

* Promote and sell air travel: You will interact with customers to promote and sell air travel, ensuring that they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

  • Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance: You will provide support to customers during the check-in and load acceptance process, ensuring that their travel plans are executed smoothly.
  • Interpret authority's guidelines and requirements: You will interpret and apply arenaflex's policies and procedures to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely information.
  • Meet and dispatch planes: You will work with our operations team to ensure that planes are dispatched on time, meeting the needs of our customers and the airline.
  • Provide support to troubled passengers and customers: You will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing issues or concerns, providing empathetic and effective support to resolve their problems.
  • Protect business assets and revenue: You will take ownership of protecting arenaflex's assets and revenue, ensuring that our business operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment: You will contribute to a safe and secure environment for customers and colleagues, adhering to arenaflex's safety protocols and procedures.

All you'll need for success:

* Minimum qualifications: + High school degree or equivalent + Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English + Bilingual language skills may be required in some locations + Valid driver's license as required by local authorities + Must satisfy FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable + Must be able to obtain suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable

  • Preferred qualifications:

+ Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment + Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays + Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
