Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Director of Chance Administration, you'll be responsible for:
- Investigating and analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and optimize processes
- Developing and implementing risk management strategies and business process improvements that drive sustainable growth and profitability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including innovation, business, and technical stakeholders, to design and implement new business processes and risk management approaches
- Identifying and assessing new data sources, both structured and unstructured, to enhance arenaflex's products and services
- Utilizing industry-leading tools and technologies, including MS Excel, Data Bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Terawatt, and Unix, to analyze and visualize data
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, risk managers, and technical teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A graduate degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement
- Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven risk management strategies and business process improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with MS Excel, Data Bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Terawatt, and Unix
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through data-driven insights and process improvements
- Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in risk management and business process optimization
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies and data platforms
- Certification in risk management, data analysis, or business process improvement (e.g. CFA, FRM, Six Sigma)
