Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Seasonal Customer Service Agent – Ticket & Gate Operations, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

Ticket Agent:

+ Greet and assist customers with the ticketing and baggage check-in process + Use a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets + Manage the check-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper documentation for travel + Tag baggage and perform lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts + Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures

Gate Agent:

+ Assist customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding + Use computers to assist customers with seat availability, gate announcements, flight status, checking, and handling baggage + Operate jet ways to place them in position prior to aircraft arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors + Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures

What You Need to Succeed

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent:
