Work from Home Opportunity

We offer a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, you will be required to work from a dedicated home office, equipped with the necessary equipment and technology to perform your job duties. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, resolving customer queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and escalating complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, complaints, and resolutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Call center experience, preferably in a security or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude, with a desire to provide a great phone call experience for all customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Technical Requirements

To perform your job duties, you will need:

  • A dedicated home office, equipped with a computer, monitor, and headset
  • A minimum of 25mbps upload and 25mbps download internet speed, with a hardwired connection to your computer via an Ethernet cable
  • A minimum of Windows 10 on your computer, with a Core i3 processor and 16GB of RAM
  • A USB headset that is Avaya compatible for incoming customer interactions
  • Ability to upload and install ADT required software, including CT Soft phone, which allows incoming calls

Acceptable Specifications

The following specifications are acceptable for this role:

  • I3 processor (minimum of 16GB RAM)
  • I5 processor (minimum of 8GB RAM)
  • Ryzen 3 or higher (minimum of 8GB RAM)
  • AMD (minimum of 8GB RAM)

Non-Acceptable Specifications

The following specifications are not acceptable for this role:

  • I3 processor (with 8GB RAM)
  • Intel N95
  • Athlon Silver
  • Pentium
  • Celeron
  • Chromebooks or MacBooks
