Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative on our arenaflex Customer Experience Team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone and email. You'll utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time, work-from-home position that requires a flexible schedule, with the potential to work up to 39 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone and email
- Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
- Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems
- Communicate with customers in a fun and fast-paced environment
- Work a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training provided
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
