Job Summary
As a Business Analytics Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting data from various sources, researching and verifying external data integrity, and designing and implementing data solutions. You will also support account directors in meeting their requests and needs, utilize Salesforce to update account details, and participate in special projects and analysis requests. Additionally, you will provide customized reporting and recommendations to support business decisions and drives.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect data from various sources, including but not limited to, Record Administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets
- Research and verify external data integrity
- Design and implement data solutions to meet business needs
- Support account directors in meeting their requests and needs
- Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage tasks
- Participate in special projects and analysis requests
- Provide customized reporting and recommendations to support business decisions and drives
- Develop presentations with scientific outcomes to support business decisions at all levels
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science)
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented and ability to work with a high level of accuracy
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Salesforce and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
