Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via live chat, phone, and email. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Answer customer questions and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
  • Provide concise and accurate information to customers, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Identify and flag major pain points to our liaison team, enabling us to develop and improve our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

  • Availability to work weekends, if needed

  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate our CRM platform and other technical tools

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on live chat or phone support
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a similar industry
  • Experience with AI-powered chatbots and other technology-based solutions
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
