Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support and assistance to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyzing customer issues and providing effective solutions or escalating as necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry

Requirements
