Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing friendly and personalized support to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and empathetic manner, using active listening skills to understand their needs and concerns
  • Processing customer transactions, including ticket sales, baggage fees, and other travel-related services
  • Utilizing arenaflex's modernized retail location framework to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices, to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in the airline or travel industry

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
