Experienced Manager, Customer Insights Retail Media Network – Data-Driven Growth Strategist

Your Impact
As a Manager of Customer Insights, you'll be responsible for delivering actionable insights that drive business growth and customer engagement. You'll work closely with our top clients to review their media investments, identify areas for optimization, and develop strategic plans to grow their business at arenaflex. Your expertise will be sought after by internal partners and external clients alike, and you'll be instrumental in elevating their understanding of the arenaflex customer.
What You Will Do
* Develop annual strategic learning plans for business(es) supported, aligning with arenaflex's overall business objectives
- Lead Quarterly Business Review Process with our top clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Serve as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing insights and recommendations to internal partners and external clients
- Synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments, regularly delivering these insights to internal leadership and external vendor-partners
- Oversee the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights
- Craft compelling data stories that support sales pitches, case studies, and other key deliverables
- Oversee omnichannel advertising efforts, aggregating insights to support client-facing teams (e.g., sales and account management)
- Partner with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback
- Integrate knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to arenaflex's LMN Insights team and the broader retail media business
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative
- 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with a focus on retail media or general media analytics
- Proven experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management
- Expertise in storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way
- Experience with A/B testing and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's Degree in a related field (e.g., Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA)
- Proven experience in leading teams and driving business impact
- Experience managing global teams and working in a retail environment
- Familiarity with analytic/research software (e.g., SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.)

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually, with starting rates varying based on factors such as position, location, education, training, and experience. arenaflex also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
