The Role

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team of experts in web and cloud application development. As a key member of our Global Advertising and Brand Management (GABM) organization, you'll play a critical role in creating marketplace demand and driving commerce for arenaflex through differentiated and innovative products, partnerships, marketing, and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

* Execute development for a range of multiple parallel project engagements

• Write high-quality code for digital platforms using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Produce, maintain, and modify digital experiences and user interfaces
• Partner with the UX/UI, copy, and design teams to develop the overall look and design of digital experiences
• Ensure that best practices regarding accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use are included early on in project ideation
• Develop an overall development approach and guide other developers through execution to delivery
• Provide proactive coaching, feedback, and oversight for developers on project-based work
• Ensure all digital experiences align to industry standards and best practices
• Partner with the QA team to troubleshoot and resolve defects, identify patterns, and use learnings to optimize overall development processes

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with a focus on web and cloud application development

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker)
• Strong understanding of accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use principles

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Ruby on Rails)

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker)
• Experience with cloud-based databases (e.g., AWS DynamoDB, Google Cloud Firestore)
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Pytest)
