Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our plan members, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues related to health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions. Your expertise and knowledge will enable you to provide personalized solutions, facilitating the treatment and improving the overall experience of our members.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to phone calls and emails from plan members, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
- Provide accurate and timely information about health insurance plans, benefits, and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a positive and constructive manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
Qualifications and Requirements
* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting
- Computer experience with Windows-based applications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
- Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
- Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
- Reliability and compliance with certain standards
