As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll be part of the Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex, while providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex to government and corporate clients
- Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets
- Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
- Communicate with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
- Communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences

Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training + Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills + Knowledge of Native SABRE + Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution + High level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable + Satisfactory attendance required
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities + Familiarity with airline industry regulations and procedures
