Key Responsibilities

As a Logistics Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their logistics journey. Your key responsibilities will include:

Required Skills

To succeed as a Logistics Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience: Demonstrate expertise in client engagement and a strong interest in supply chain dynamics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Familiarity with mainframe systems: Experience with AS/400 or J.D. Edwards is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
