Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering customer calls professionally and responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring prompt resolution
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring efficient issue resolution
- Following up on complicated customer calls, as required, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Completing call notes and call reports, updating them in the CRM, and maintaining accurate records
- Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to handle and document complaints and inquiries
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual skills (a plus)
- Some sales and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Some experience with MS Excel (a plus)
- Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
