Job Responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Applying advanced data analysis methods, including data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI, to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
- Investigating client behavior, including preferences and viewing patterns, to identify untapped client needs and uncover new content opportunities
- Predicting content engagement to inform acquisition decisions and optimize content release strategies
- Developing and implementing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and drive business growth
- Providing specialized analytical support to partners to drive business success
- Communicating complex findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI procedures
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python programming languages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and think creatively
- Excellent data storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings through verbal, written, and visual communication
- A passion for media and entertainment, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic industry
