Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Pay department (Online Payments) team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing day-to-day support to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible payment solution performance. If you're a strong communicator, an excellent listener, and a problem-solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Administratively onboarding new clients and dealing with orders on a daily basis
  • Providing 1st line support to clients, resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
  • Supporting a portfolio of customers across different branches, including daily contact, issue registration, prioritization, delegation, and resolution
  • Proactively sharing customer feedback to inform the development of our platform
  • Providing timely and professional solutions to customer complaints and issues
  • Maintaining a daily helicopter view to identify onboarding needs and actions
  • Documenting all client information thoroughly in our CRM system

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, partners, and colleagues
  • Proficiency in both English and Dutch languages
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs
  • Positive mindset and stress-resilience, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work effectively and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology or payment industry
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support software
  • Familiarity with online payment solutions and payment processing
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
