Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional client care and support to internal and external stakeholders

  • Accurately process customs documentation, including import and export shipments, using various systems and reference materials
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, including customs laws and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal staff, divisions, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of shipments
  • Process organization financier shipments and handle distant filings as needed
  • Ensure all service and operational strategies are followed and maintained
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics, international trade)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a minimum of 6 months of work experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Viewpoint, and other relevant software applications
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle high volumes of work
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in customs trade, logistics, or a related field

  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and procedures
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications, including ERP systems
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
