Responsibilities

As a customer service associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service by providing accurate information on our products, services, and best-value options
  • Practicing good listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Taking ownership of customer shipping needs and offering viable solutions to meet their requirements
  • Continuously learning about our product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends to stay up-to-date and provide expert advice to customers
  • Operating all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and being willing to teach others
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous retail sales experience: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment and be familiar with sales techniques and strategies.
  • Strong computer skills: You'll be proficient in using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites, as well as other software applications relevant to the role.
  • Excellent communication skills: You'll have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math, and be able to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership.

  • Reliable transportation: You'll have access to reliable transportation to and from work.

Preferred Qualifications

While the above qualifications are essential, we're also looking for candidates who possess the following preferred qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED: You'll have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be willing to pursue further education or training opportunities.
  • Experience with point-of-sale devices: You'll have experience operating point-of-sale devices and be familiar with their functionality.
  • Knowledge of industry trends: You'll have knowledge of industry trends and be able to stay up-to-date on the latest developments.

Compensation and Benefits
