Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.

- Merchandising and Inventory Management: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records.
- Asset Protection and Compliance: Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss, and ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
- Display and Visual Merchandising: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
- Photo Services: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
- Web Pick-up and Customer Service: Assume web pick-up responsibilities, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers.
- Store Maintenance: Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance.
- Training and Development: Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with customers, resolve issues, and work effectively with team members.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing situations, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
* Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or healthcare.
- Knowledge of Store Systems and Equipment: Familiarity with store systems, including cash registers, inventory management software, and photo equipment.
- Basic Computer Skills: Ability to use a computer, navigate software applications, and complete tasks efficiently.
