Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting customer and account data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking output
  • Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
  • Applying data program techniques and procedures
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Complying with data integrity and security policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Attention to detail
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

Preferred Qualifications
