The Role

As a Full Stack Technical Specialist on our Datacom and Video Distribution Support team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' datacom and video distribution systems. You'll be responsible for providing expert technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert technical support for datacom and video distribution systems, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues

• Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and external partners to identify and resolve technical issues
• Develop and implement solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and efficiency
• Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with the Datacom and Video Distribution Support team to develop and implement new technical solutions and best practices
• Provide training and support to customers and internal teams on datacom and video distribution systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve our solutions and services

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, datacom, video technology, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in datacom and video distribution systems, with a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP Work environment, and Service NOW
• Strong understanding of different video and sound merchant applications (Sonify, QSC, Crestron, IOT, Synamedia, Genetec, SevOne, Forward Organizations, Splunk, Zabbix, Infoblox, etc.)
• Strong understanding of big business video dissemination backing, sustainment, and execution
• Strong understanding of network security principles and industry best practices
• Knowledge of investigation and revealing instruments like Scene, Power BI
• Strong hierarchical and time usage abilities
• Ability to hit designated due dates and oversee contending needs
• Strong composed and verbal relational abilities
• Eagerness to learn new programming applications
• Ability to show up on Saturday or Sunday as well as night-time as expected by client and business interest
