Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Representatives to join our team as Live Chat Assistants. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through our online platform, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and set your own hours, as long as you commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will need:

  • A device that can access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
