Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Senior Accountant to join our Bookkeeping team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for providing financial reporting and analysis to support business growth and improvement. You will work closely with our Senior Bookkeeping Supervisor to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing financial processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger

• Be a key owner of the monthly close cycle for arenaflex and external entities for assigned functional areas
• Ensure financial records are maintained for Management and GAAP combined financial statements using accepted methodologies
• Assist in providing expectations to external auditors on annual reviews and quarterly reviews
• Communicate with FP&A, functional partners, and external parties regarding significant accounting matters
• Perform special investigations and projects to further our cycle improvement initiatives

• Sharp business acumen and process-oriented
• Data-driven and unafraid to go down to the lowest level of detail for truth and high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication, oral, and written skills, including strong proficiency in English
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB principles, SOX/internal controls
• Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, GSuite preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA certification an asset
• Strong spreadsheet skills, with the ability to manage and process large amounts of data
