Job Summary

As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cloud infrastructure and data analytics projects. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers, to design, plan, and execute projects that drive business value and growth. Your expertise in program management, data analysis, and cloud computing will be essential in delivering high-quality results and driving process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of External Server farms (3PDC)

• Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and execute end-to-end projects that include data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations
• Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
• Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and create business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to move forward

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
• 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics
• 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and managing data collections using SQL

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical

• 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles
• Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared objectives
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Skills and Competencies

* Strong program management skills, with experience leading complex projects from start to finish

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data to drive business insights and recommendations
• Experience with cloud computing and data analytics platforms, including Google Cloud
• Strong business acumen, with experience driving process improvement and business growth through data-driven insights
