Responsibilities
As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
* Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
* Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, and continuously improving our processes and procedures to drive business growth.
Qualifications
To succeed as a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus).
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to new technology.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanor.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements
To apply for this role, you'll need:
* A reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
* A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, with a stable internet connection.
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday, between 11am-7:30pm EDT.
* Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred.
