The Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Operations Specialist to join our remote team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). While we prefer a schedule of 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM AEST, Monday to Friday, we offer flexibility in scheduling these hours to accommodate the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage customer support via email and phone, providing timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries, providing product information and answering questions about arenaflex's platform and features
  • Create user guides and documentation to support customer understanding and adoption of our platform
  • Assist in developing outbound sales strategies, with potential commission structure, to drive business growth and revenue
  • Learn and advise on Australian raffle regulations, ensuring compliance and staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes
  • Become an expert in arenaflex's platform and features, providing in-depth knowledge and support to customers
  • Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Guide clients through permit applications and raffle setup processes, providing a seamless experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, contributing to arenaflex's growth and success
  • Contribute to various projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment

Qualifications:

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer challenges
  • Proficiency with technology and quick learner of new systems, with a willingness to adapt to arenaflex's platform and tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and accountability
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving startup environment, with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or online environment
  • Interest in or experience with the non-profit sector, with a passion for supporting charitable causes and making a positive impact
