Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a remote agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional customer service skills will make a lasting impression on our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using computer software and technology
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer service software and technology
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Technical Requirements

To ensure a great experience for our customers, you will need to maintain the following technical requirements:

  • Dedicated stationary workspace with a closed door to ensure a noise-free office environment
  • Consistently reliable high-speed internet supplied by a cable or DSL provider with minimum download speed of 30 megabits/second or greater
  • Stand-alone monitor at least 24; two monitors are recommended
  • Hard wired internet connection in your home office with modem/router connected within 6 feet of your desk
  • Readiness to engage through the provided web camera for required meetings and training

Physical Requirements

This is a stationary position, continuously listening and talking with customers while working on a computer for 6-12 hour shifts.

Compensation

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be compensated with a competitive hourly rate of $16.50/hour, plus a $1/hour weekend premium starting Friday at Noon through Sunday at 11:59 pm.

Training and Development

arenaflex provides comprehensive paid training to all new hires, including:

  • Two weeks of paid training from the comfort of your home office
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Access to training materials and resources to support your success

Availability

As a remote agent, you will be required to work three shifts per week, with one shift being on Saturday or Sunday. You will have the flexibility to select your start and end times between 8:00-10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CST, respectively.
