Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, and live chat
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with our internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Staying up-to-date with our products and services to provide informed support to our clients

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A business level or above in the English language
  • Experience in e-commerce, either as a customer or in a customer-facing role
  • A kind, patient, and eager-to-help attitude and personality
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a remote or online environment
  • Familiarity with customer service software, such as HappyFox, Zendesk, or Live chat

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with Magento or other e-commerce platforms
  • Knowledge of international e-commerce regulations and best practices
  • Familiarity with cultural differences and nuances in customer communication
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
