What Will You Do as a Customer Care Representative?
As a key member of our Business Support Services Team, you'll be responsible for:
- Pleasantly answering multi-line phone calls and referring them to the right person or department
- Logging, processing, and dispatching sales and service calls
- Opening and closing lobby and general office windows based on our established daily schedule
- Courteously greeting customers and visitors, determining their needs, and directing them to the right person or department
- Processing and scanning daily checks
- Processing Equipment Service tickets, adding and removing equipment, and transferring equipment on customer accounts
- Processing walk-in sales
- Opening, sorting, and distributing mail; sorting and distributing fax communications
- Preparing outgoing mail using USPS, Fed Ex, or internal truck mail
- Balancing the cash box for invoices created in the front office
- Processing Purchase orders and dunnages for Operations
- Dispatching orders for warehouses company-wide
- Ordering office supplies, business cards, and ink for Sales Centers
- Ordering and distributing uniforms
- Preparing all donations according to donation procedure
- Telling and selling for Armada coffee business
- Backing up the vault teller
- Performing administrative tasks for other departments
- Communicating with co-workers, management, and others in a courteous and professional manner
- Conforming with and abiding by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions
- Conforming with all safety rules and using all appropriate safety equipment
- Working with all levels of company employees as a team to achieve common goals
What We're Looking For
* High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in a customer service position or a combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance
- Ability to answer multi-line telephone
- Ability to use personal computer to perform paging, order entry, word processing, and spreadsheets
- Ability to multi-task
- Adaptability – Ability to adapt to change in the workplace
- Communication – Ability to effectively, clearly, and concisely communicate verbally and in writing
- Enthusiasm – Ability to bring energy to the day-to-day as well as long-term tasks and plans
- Reliability – Demonstrate regular attendance and availability to staff and management
- Safety & Security – Promote and personally observe safety and security procedures and use equipment and materials properly
- Organization – Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Confidentiality – Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality

Physical Demands
* Work in an office environment; sustained posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time; may utilize a computer terminal for prolonged periods of time
- Work involves walking, talking, and hearing, using hands to handle, feel, or operate objects
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to focus when using a computer terminal
Work Environment
* The noise level in the work environment can be moderately noisy due to warehouse equipment in operation
- Working hours vary between 6 am to 7 pm depending upon schedules and the season, Monday through Friday with a one-hour lunch break, and 40 hours per week
- Additional hours may be required occasionally
