Job Summary
As a Senior Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leveraging advanced data science, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that drive business growth and improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to define product requirements and provide analytical support.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models using technical expertise in device learning, statistical modeling, chance and choice theory, and other quantitative strategies
- Build predictive models and prescriptive solutions to support various business use cases, including customer segmentation, forecasting, and optimization
- Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines, data warehouses, and cloud-based data storage solutions
- Utilize cloud computing platforms, such as Azure/Databricks, and query languages, such as Snowflake, to analyze and process large datasets
- Develop and maintain software applications using programming languages, such as Python, PySpark, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Communicate complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and customers
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and machine learning, and adapt arenaflex's data science capabilities accordingly
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience working with large-scale, complex datasets to develop and deploy predictive models and prescriptive solutions
- Expertise in programming languages, such as Python, PySpark, and SQL
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as Azure/Databricks, and query languages, such as Snowflake
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, or a related field
- Experience working with IoT and Edge AI technologies
- Experience in reinforcement learning and healthcare applications
- Proven track record of contributing to business decisions and driving business growth through data-driven insights
