Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into various systems, databases, and records. You will work closely with our team to ensure the quality and integrity of our data, and contribute to the success of our organization through your attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

* Entering data into appropriate fields, databases, records, and files with high accuracy and speed

  • Possessing excellent typing, writing, and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients
  • Summarizing data for standardized reports and providing insights to inform business decisions
  • Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on minimizing errors and ensuring data integrity
  • Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed to maintain a clutter-free and efficient workspace

Requirements

* Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients

  • Ability to speak confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording data
  • Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a high level of independence and autonomy
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, to efficiently manage and analyze data
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a focus on developing strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

* Data Entry Clerk: 1 year of experience (Required)

  • Excel/Filing: 1 year of experience (Required)
  • Strong understanding of data entry principles and best practices
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
