Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional patient service in the name of our clients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
  • Establishing contact with patients via telephone to collect payment on medical bills, navigating complex billing scenarios with ease
  • Communicating accurate information to patients in a clear, concise, and professional manner, addressing any concerns or questions they may have
  • Reviewing patient accounts, documenting interactions, and gathering feedback to continuously improve our services
  • Negotiating reasonable payments with customers, working collaboratively to find mutually beneficial solutions
  • Setting up patient payments via check, electronic transfer, or credit card, ensuring seamless transactions

Essential Qualifications
