The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as an Inbound Customer Service Representative. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a collaborative and dynamic team. Our training program is conducted on-site in Tulsa, OK, for at least three weeks, after which you'll have the opportunity to work remotely and enjoy a better work-life balance.

What You'll Do

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers nationwide, providing a positive and reassuring experience for those searching for their missing pets. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Reassuring callers who may be panicked about their missing pets, providing empathy and understanding
• Serving as the frontline team to help reunite pets with their pet parents, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
• Providing a positive experience for our customers, exceeding their expectations through exceptional service
• Being part of a collaborative team and culture that offers advancement opportunities, fostering a sense of community and belonging
• Adhering to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the flexibility to work day and evening shifts
• Managing peak periods with ease, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need, 24/7, 365 days a year

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous call center experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
• High School diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth
• A quiet designated work area at home, free from distractions and interruptions
• Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire, ensuring a safe and secure work environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
