Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

Processing Orders and Quoting:

Process customer orders, quotes, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Running Reports in SAP:

Utilize SAP to run reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support business decisions.

Collaborating with the Team:

Work closely with team members to resolve customer issues, share knowledge, and provide support.

Debits, Credits, and Tracking Shipments:

Assist with debits, credits, and tracking shipments to ensure accurate and efficient order management.

Customer Service and Support:

Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.

Record-Keeping and Documentation:

Accurately document and record customer interactions, transactions, and comments to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

SAP and Office 365 Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP (Data Entry, Quoting) and Office 365.

Self-Motivated and Team-Oriented:

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

Attention to Detail:

High level of attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document and record customer information.

Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.

Microsoft Excel Experience:

Good to have experience with Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights.

S/4 Hana Experience:

Good to have experience with S/4 Hana, with the ability to utilize SAP to run reports and analyze data.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Customer Service Experience:

1-2 years of customer service-related experience required.
