What You'll Do:
As a Dutch customer service representative for arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email to ensure their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Tracking and following cases to guarantee timely closure and high customer satisfaction.
- Representing arenaflex as a major brand, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Assisting customers in managing and securing their accounts and passwords.
- Setting up repairs for hardware-related issues.
- Escalating unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support interaction experts.
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
What You'll Bring:
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native level)
- Advanced English knowledge (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology (desired but not mandatory)
- Prior customer support experience (advantageous but not required)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically
