Job Description

### Overview As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data for our clients. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.   • Gathering and processing invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent details and correcting errors to optimize swift and accurate capturing
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering information into relevant databases
  • Ensuring data is backed up and stored in an organized manner to optimize retrieval
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and handling additional duties as needed
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data management and compliance

### Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or customer service
  • Excellent command of English language and strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient touch typing skills and ability to concentrate for lengthy periods
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, with the ability to create accurate spreadsheets and reports
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
