Job Summary

As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry, Customer Service (Overnight) at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services. You will be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with pharmacists to ensure accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families. Day in the Life

As a Pharmacy Technician with arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities that will challenge and engage you. Some of your key duties will include:

• Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with pharmacists to ensure accuracy
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families
• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
• Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
• Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner
• Providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we encourage applicants with the following skills and experience to apply:

• Prior experience in the long-term care industry
• PTCB National Certification
• Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
